1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using the Online Parish Services Management System (SPAP) of
St. Paul the Apostle Parish, Cabagan, Isabela, you agree to be bound by these
Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the system.
2. Account Registration
To use the system, you must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information.
- Maintain the security of your account password.
- Verify your email address via the One-Time Password (OTP) we send.
- Notify the parish office immediately of any unauthorized access.
You are responsible for all activities performed under your account. The parish reserves the
right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Appointment Booking
The system allows parishioners to book appointments for sacraments and services including
Baptism, Wedding, Mass Intention, Funeral Mass, Blessing, and Certificate requests.
- All bookings are subject to admin approval.
- Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
- You agree to provide complete and truthful information in each request form.
- Schedules are subject to availability and may be adjusted by the parish office.
4. Payments and Donations
Payments for parish services are made through the following channels:
- GCash — via the parish's official QR code
- Maya — via the parish's official QR code
- Refund — If request any refund please contact directly the SPAP admin or go to the office
After payment, you must upload a clear screenshot of your transaction receipt along with the
amount paid. The parish staff will verify all uploaded receipts manually before approving your
appointment.
Important: The system does not process real-time payments. All GCash
and Maya transactions are made externally using your own mobile wallet app. The parish is not
responsible for transactions sent to incorrect accounts or numbers.
5. Certificate Requests
The system allows you to request church certificates (Baptismal, Marriage, Death, Good Moral,
Confirmation). Once your request is approved by the parish office, an electronic
version may be made available for download or print.
- Certificates generated by the system are for reference purposes only.
- The official signed and sealed certificate must be claimed at the parish office.
- The parish reserves the right to reject certificate requests with incomplete or inaccurate details.
6. Notifications
By registering, you consent to receive notifications through:
- Email — for OTP verification, appointment status updates, and certificate availability
- SMS — for appointment reminders and status changes (if your number is provided)
- In-system notifications — for real-time updates on your dashboard
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Upload fake or altered payment receipts.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or the admin panel.
- Use the system for any unlawful purpose.
- Interfere with the system's normal operation.
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension and, where applicable, legal action.
8. Changes to Terms
The parish may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the system after changes
constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

St. Paul the Apostle Parish is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy
explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it in
compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) of the Philippines.

When you register and use the system, we collect the following:
- Personal Information: First name, last name, email address, contact number, home address.
- Account Credentials: Encrypted password (never stored in plain text).
- Service Request Data: Information you provide when booking an appointment (e.g., child's name, sponsor names, dates, purposes).
- Payment Information: Uploaded proof of payment screenshots, amount paid, payment method (GCash/Maya), and reference numbers.
- System Usage Data: Login timestamps, appointment history, and status changes.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used strictly for:
- Processing your service requests and appointments.
- Verifying payments and issuing receipts.
- Sending email and SMS notifications about your requests.
- Generating internal reports for parish administration.
- Maintaining accurate sacramental and service records.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Protection Measures
We implement the following safeguards:
- Passwords are hashed using industry-standard encryption.
- Access is role-based (admin vs. parishioner).
- Session validation prevents unauthorized access.
- Data is stored on secured servers with restricted access.
- Uploaded files are validated for type and size before storage.
5. Who Can Access Your Data
Your information may be accessed by:
- Parish Staff (Administrators): To review and manage your appointments and payments.
- System Developer: For maintenance and technical troubleshooting only.
All parties are bound to maintain confidentiality.
6. Data Retention
Your personal data is retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable
period afterward to comply with parish recordkeeping and legal requirements. Sacramental
records may be kept indefinitely as required by canon law.
7. Your Rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- Be informed about how your data is processed.
- Access your personal information.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Object to processing under certain circumstances.
- File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
8. Cookies and Sessions
The system uses sessions (not cookies) to maintain your login state. When you
close your browser or log out, your session is destroyed. We do not use cookies for tracking
or advertising.
9. Uploaded Files
Files you upload (receipts, requirements, documents) are stored securely on the parish
server. They are accessible only to authorized personnel and are used solely for
verifying your requests.
10. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last Updated" date below reflects the
most recent revision. Continued use of the system indicates acceptance.
